Research abstract

This research examines the thought of August Schlegel from a reflecting on art by means of philosophical elements in the context of the early German Romanticism (Frühromantik). The study aims to identify August Schlegel's concepts in understanding of art from a philosophical perspective within language, starting from the scope of theory, history, and criticism. The objective is demonstrate how philosophy enhances the aesthetic relationship with humanity. It is intended to conclude the importance of this philosophical reflection in understanding of art with to human reality. Furthermore, the research explores how the philosopher's thought articulates an understanding of philosophy within the axis of poetry, language, and existence, capable of uniting man and art within the realm of language.
