It’s about investigating the book “A thousand plateaus”, by Deleuze and Guattari, and how the concret agencies deterritorialize and allow the creation of a “new Earth” through a plane of consistency. It’s about starting from the point of view that without caution and the knowledge about the concrete rules by which decoding flows operate on the agencies, there is a risk that potent lines of flight convert into destruction lines, and it damages the creation of a new coming earth. On the social formations, the decoded flows axiomatic is the operative logic of capitalism, which obstruct by itself the creation of a new earth, devastating it.
