Natural Law and Democracy in Spinoza.
Research abstract

We intend to explain the relationship between natural law and democracy in Spinoza. Therefore, we will make a simple exposition about God or Substance, how all nature, including man, is related to Him, showing Spinoza's break with the traditional view of his a time that believed in a transcendent and anthropomorphic God. Soon after, we will coherently enter the meaning of natural law in Spinoza, explaining the reasons why he considers democracy to be the regime that most identifies with human nature, for preserving its natural right (their desire to govern and not be governed), preserving their individual freedom to think and express themselves and respecting collective freedom, whose actions are limited, so that there is peace, civil security.
