THE LOGIC OF ACTION AND THE ACTION OF LOGIC: A STUDY ON THE FORMS OF ACTION AND THEIR LOGICAL FOUNDATIONS IN HEGELIAN PHILOSOPHY
Research abstract

The project investigates the concept of action in Hegelian philosophy, exploring the manifestations of this notion in various spheres. To this end, we will examine five basic forms: the action in the Greek world, moral action, the action of ethical life, the action of the great man and the act of the spirit. At this level, we intend to scrutinize the main features, the limits and the possible relationships between the forms, taking as a criterion the distinction between Tat and Handlung. In a second step, the study seeks to deepen the logical foundations of our object, especially through the theorization of a form of action present in the objective spirit, which does not subsume the moral action within the "cunning of reason", in the spiritual sphere, but does not incur in the perversions of a purely subjective action, deprived of normative horizon. In this sense, a form that combines Tat and Handlung, studied from the technical syllogism and the practical syllogism, exposed in the Doctrine of the Concept of the Science of Logic. The hypothesis tested is that such a form would be the key to understanding the passage from Morality to Ethical Life in Philosophy of Right.
