The objective of this work is to provide a reading of the so-called aesthetic socratism in The Birth of Tragédia from the critical conceptions that Nietzsche directs in language, especially from his posthumous writing Truth and Lies in the Extramoral Sense, from 1873. See that, no posthumous text, or German philosopher points to grammatical language, and its direct product, or concept, as a generalizer and falsifier. Since, the aesthetic Socratism, criticized in O Nascimento da Tragédia, is all protected by rationalism, it, besides stimulating a generalization and an inevitable falsification of the world, corollaries of the belief in the grammatical-conceital language, was responsible for the death of art Tragic Grega because apart from music and do Dionysian, elements two quais depended. Finally, looking for, as the present work, demonstrate how Nietzsche's criticism of Socrates and Euripedes, in O Nascimento da Tragédia, and a theoretical, otimistic, rationalist and conceital homem that represents, possui um linguistic foundation.
