This project aims to ground and systematize the possible device of enjoyment named by Pierre Dardot and Christian Laval in their work *The New Way of the World* regarding neoliberal subjectivity: the concept of the enjoyment device. In this sense, we will support a possible homology between Michel Foucault and Jacques Lacan in order to understand not only the concept of the device provided by the former and the concept of enjoyment by the latter but also to understand the strategy of critique of Reason adopted by both as a diagnosis of the present time. In the case of the French philosopher, we will work with his reading of Neoliberalism and how it leads to the neoliberal rationality of "entrepreneur of oneself" that appears in his course *The Birth of Biopolitics*, and with the second author, we will be tied to the concept of the Superego as an imperative of enjoyment to support a possible homology between both authors. Through this, we will attempt to demonstrate not only how this subjectivity appears in the contemporary world but also the conditions of possibility for its manifestation.
