Research title
Immanent criticism as a development of Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit
Research abstract

The present research proposes to examine the concept of immanent critique in G. W. F. Hegel’s work Phenomenology of the Spirit. Tn such, the aim is to show that immanent critique characterizes the approach proposed in his work, allowing for a solution to the problem of the undedying criterion [Maßstab] that arises in the criticism of a consciousness that has become unilateral and thus cannot accept anything beyond of the undedying criterion for truth set by itself in opposition to the Absolute. To this end, the research holds particular interest with regard to the research approach presented in the introduction of the work, as it is there where the philosopher explains his vision on the principles that will govern the investigation of phenomenological knowledge that appears alongside a perspective which he calls that of Science. As we understand it, the concept shows the originality of Hegel's philosophy in terms of its approach and also demonstrates the maturation of an issue that was already present for the philosopher years before the publication of his work.
