Research abstract

The research intends to revisit, in terms of the History of Philosophy, the debate about mass media and their impacts on subjectivity, based on the essays "The work of art in the era of its technical reproducibility", by Walter Benjamin, and " Cultural Industry: Enlightenment as mystification of the masses", by Theodor Adorno and Max Horkheimer.
