This project investigates the concept of teleology in Hegel’s Science of Logic, focusing on its relation to objectivity and how, from a speculative framework, it unfolds a dimension of concreteness. We examine the hypothesis that teleology, grounded in the logical relations of thought, reveals a world that realizes the concept—which in turn rearticulates that world. The internal structure of purposiveness, through the teleological movement of conceptual determinations, manifests concreteness in its connection to objectivity. To this end, we analyze the chapters “Teleology” (Teleologie) and “The Idea” (Die Idee), aiming to understand the relation between teleological processuality and the notions of the cunning of reason and the labor of the concept. The research reflects on how teleology may reconcile the World–Concept pair within the Science of Logic.
