Wilhelm Dilthey is frequently associated with historicism, taking as baseis of this identification his Weltanschauungslehre, where he considers all atributions of meaning to the experience of human life, historicamente inserida, are crystallisations of a unilateral moment of the totality o this experience (in the form of a Weltanschauung), being philosophy one of this forms. However, Dilthey has as basis of the insertion of the individual in the already historically predetermined a discriptive psichology with systematic characteristics, that reconstructs the connections that consciousness creates with the world through reason, feeling and volition.This approach that delineates conditions of possibility of a Weltanschauung seems to contradict the consequences of its aplication: the contingency of any sistematic position. To solve this, we raise the hypotesis, taking as base Leben und Erkenn, that the immediate character of life as the horizon of all knowledge, demands a way of thinking this insertion in the world through a reciprocal determination, that puts the moment determined by the historical world and the reflection on its logical conditions one as the effect of the other.
