Microfascism and molecular counterrevolution: fascism in the 21st century
Research abstract

The beginning of the 20th century saw the rise of reactionary, ultra-nationalist far-right movements, vehemently defending the old values that modernity had built. Decades later, fascism has shown that it can stand the test of time. For this reason, the aim of this work is to investigate the rise of fascism in the 21st century, broadening its understanding beyond the set of characteristics that historically typify it, in an effort to analyze the phenomenon from a multidimensional perspective, addressing its psychosocial, political, economic and cultural aspects. The two volumes of the Capitalism and Schizophrenia, Anti-Oedipus and A Thousand Plateaus, by Deleuze and Guattari, will serve as a theoretical reference to examine the fascist phenomenon in a renewed way. In the first part, we will focus on social psychology and the operations of the psychic apparatus; later, on micro-political relations and molecular phenomena, which mainly concern the problem of microfascism.
