The research aims at studying the system of arts and its coordinating principle, as established by Hegel’s aesthetics, which is presented after the discussion of the ideal beauty and the forms of art. The individual arts are discussed both in general and in its individuality, based on its means of expression and its artistic and spiritual content, where its incidence is related to the historic periods from the art of Antiquity peoples, as well as Greek art and Christian art. The articulation of the individual arts made by the Hegelian thought is based on its spiritual expression, where such expressive features arise not only from formal points, mas specially from points related to the content.
