Plough and language in Lavoura Arcaica brings together literary aesthetics and phenomenology with the aim of bringing Lavoura Arcaica literary work closer to aspects of phenomenology that encompasses the status of language. Both Raduan Nassar, in Lavoura Arcaica, and some philosophers of phenomenology, in their different records, bring news of an investigation into the ontology of the sensitive. It is a matter of reflecting what in this collision between work and, in particular, the phenomenology of Merleau-Ponty's perception, appears as excluding or complementary.
